I have an ipad and i need to read the book "chosen" for summer reading and i have dislexia and so i would perfer if the book is read to me but if not its not a big deal. Ive tried the nook and ibook app and they bith didnt have this book.

The book is copyrighted. It is not for free. Check your public library to see if they bought the audiobook and listen to that if you have a problem. Check with them about books for the blind and dyslexic. There is no FREE and LEGAL website that has the ebook for free or the audio book for free.
Did you check for the book in the library in spoken format? Used to be books on tape, but now just recorded books.
Yes definitely all the books have copyrights. You can’t get these books free.
