When opening the app (Bloomberg Anywhere), I received a security pop-up alert stating that the app detected that the Ipad was jailbroken and cannot run. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
A window pops up and the app is refuses to run.

I don’t see how an app can know that (unless it’s a jailbreak app itself). I remember Skype popped up a warning that it wouldn’t run on jailbroken phones, but it ran anyway. Is this really refusing to run, or just popping up something?

Yes. Restore your iPad to Factory-new condition.

Then, NEVER, ever, try to "jail-break" it again, at least until it’s out of warranty.
