Take your CBR file and rename it to a RAR file.
A RAR is just an archive file format, like ZIP.
(CBZ files can be renamed ZIP.)
Then you can use WinZip, WinRar, or any other unarchiver to open it up.
You will have a long list of JPG files, numbered in sequence.
You can upload those JPG files to a iPad, Kindle, iPhone, or anything else that can view JPG graphics and let you easily go from one to another like a slideshow. For more information. http://goo.gl/IbATp
