Every time I hook up my ipad to my computer, itunes automatically puts my music from my computer onto my ipad. I do not want it to do that. It is causing me to not have any memory left on my ipad. How do I stop it from doing that?

In iTunes, click on your iPad on the left side in devices. On the top of the screen, select "Music" from the list of settings types. Uncheck "Automatically fill free space with songs". Now you’ll still be able to sync everything, but it won’t copy music you don’t ask for.

It shouldn’t do that by itself, maybe in your settings you asked it to automatically put the music on your ipad every time you hook it up. Try looking at your settings and disable it. You can always delete the music on your ipad to save space…

    Open itunes
Click Edit > click Preferences > click Devices
Then UNcheck the box beside "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically
    Then click OK
