I’m playing FiFa 12 in my IPad 2 for quite a long time and I could never buy any player when the transfer session starts. All what I get is you failed to buy the player such and such… Therefore your acount has been refunded with such and such…! I have also upgraded the nagotiator to maximum level but still couldn’t. I have enough money in budget but unsuccessful. Any ideas?
