I tried using photobucket but no matter what I tried it turned my uploads into full-size images. Using the photopad app I resized it how I want and I can save it to my camera roll in that size (it would seem), but I need a URL to use the picture for signatures and profile pictures for forum sites.
Area there any iPad savvy users out there that can help me?

There are plenty of apps that can resize pictures, simply choose one that has been reviewed and take it from there
